Clarity Property Management was founded by Michael Williamson with a clear vision: to bring a modern, technologically advanced property management company to his hometown of Cleveland, TN. As a rental property owner himself, Michael saw the need for a more efficient, transparent, and responsive management experience — one that truly serves both owners and tenants. With the help of a friend and experienced property manager, Teletha Epperson, Clarity Property Management has put into place a system that allows tenants, owners, and workers to do virtually every aspect of the renting and managing process online, all while still providing personal customer service to tenants and owners.
